Privacy Policy

CDS Global is aware of, and committed to, complying with the Canadian Federal Privacy Law's Ten Principles of Privacy Compliance (PIPEDA). It is our goal to continue to comply with these guidelines while providing a high-level quality service to our clients. The Ten Privacy Principles that CDS Global has used as guidelines for our Privacy Policy are available at the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) Web site. They are:

Each department at CDS Global follows the CMA privacy guidelines as they apply to their respective areas. We have developed and implemented internal policies and procedures to ensure the safeguards of our client's information. This includes, but is not limited to, technological measures such as encryption and passwords in the transfer of data, access and restriction to sensitive data areas, and disposal and destruction of personal data.

It is our mandate to be sure that each of department is in compliance with all of the above guidelines, and to update our internal policies yearly to reflect any new changes to them.
