CDS Global is much more than a paycheck!

When you accept a new job, you're looking for more than a salary. At CDS Global, employee benefits account for an additional 30 percent of your compensation package. We will reimburse fitness center membership fees and classes, contribute to your retirement fund and, if you pursue an advanced degree, we'll reimburse your tuition fees.

Compensation

The CDS Global compensation program is designed not only to attract and retain, but also to reward high-performing employees. Market surveys are conducted annually to ensure that our salaries remain competitive in the marketplace. Employees receive merit increases and may also receive a salary increase when promoted internally.

Health Insurance:

Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage is provided to you and your eligible dependents on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:

After completing only one year of service with CDS Global, you may enroll in the savings plan (if you are 21 years of age or older). CDS Global will match 50 percent of your contribution up to 3 percent of your annual salary. And you are fully vested after only three years of service with CDS Global!

Life Insurance:

You may enroll in the group life insurance plan for yourself and your dependents, free of charge. Supplemental life insurance for you and your spouse can also be purchased.

Vacations:

Vacation pay is available after six months of employment. The amount of paid vacation time employees receive each year is based on length of service, increases with the length of continuous employment, and is awarded on the common date of January 1. The information below shows CDS Global's vacation schedule for regular full-time employees:

  • 40 hours after six months
  • 40 or 80 hours after nine months *
  • 80 hours on second January 1
  • 120 hours on January 1 of the year in which an employee reaches the three year milestone
  • 160 hours on January 1 of the year in which an employee reaches the 10 year milestone
  • 200 hours on January 1 of the year in which an employee reaches the 20 year milestone

* Dependent on hire date.

Tuition Assistance:

After six months of employment, you are eligible for tuition reimbursement (up to 85 percent of tuition cost) to help you achieve your educational goals.

Fitness Reimbursement:

After six months of employment, you can receive up to $200 annually as reimbursement for a fitness center membership or classes.
